Shipping and delivery

A1 Kilts offers free standard delivery to United States addresses, with no minimum order value.

Delivery estimates

Regular orders are normally delivered in approximately 15 calendar days. For made-to-measure items, this estimate starts once payment and complete measurements have been received. Availability, custom work, holidays and carrier delays can affect the arrival date.

Rush delivery may be available with an estimated six-working-day turnaround. Please email info@a1kilts.com before ordering. We must confirm the requested date, product availability and any additional charge before accepting a rush order. An event date entered in order notes does not book a rush service.

International orders

Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination. Use the delivery options shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. Free US delivery does not apply to international destinations.

For overseas orders, ask us to confirm how import duties, taxes and carrier clearance charges will be handled before payment. Do not assume these charges are included unless your quote or checkout expressly states that they are.

Order updates and assistance

Check your measurements and delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if either needs correcting or if you need an update on a delayed order. Include your order number when emailing info@a1kilts.com.
