Return an Item

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our Refund Policy first, then use the form below. We will reply with a return number and instructions.

Before you return anything

• We accept returns of defective and non-defective new items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags.
• If your order arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email support@a1kilts.com as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging.
• We also accept exchanges. Tell us the item you would like instead when you submit your request.

How to return an item

1. Tell us first. Complete the form below or email support@a1kilts.com. We will not accept a parcel we have not been told about.
2. Get your return number. We confirm your request and send a return number.
3. Pack it carefully. Use the original packaging. Write your return number, order number and name on a separate sheet of paper and put it inside the parcel. Please don't write on the original packaging.
4. Mail it to us. Once we approve your request, mail the item with your return number using the address and instructions in our approval email. Keep your return number and proof of posting until we confirm receipt.
5. Get your refund. Once we have received and inspected your return, we email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a little longer to show it.
